The following “Terms and Conditions” (T&C) govern the use of the website https://renikbiju.com/

Definitions

Seller – company "БК Аналитикс ЕООД", with registered office: гр. София, ул. КЛОКОТНИЦА №2А бл.бизнес-сграда ап.офис 2, entered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 206727147, represented by: БОЙКО КОЧЕВ, phone: 0877 652 188, e-mail: r_kocheva @ abv.bg.

Website – the online address https://renikbiju.com/, as well as all applications providing customers access to the product catalog available at this address.

Client – any individual who visits the Website and/or uses its Services or content.

Buyer – any Client of the Website, aged 18 or older, who has provided a delivery address within the Republic of Bulgaria and has made payment to the Seller.

Account – a standard username and password, chosen by the Client, providing access to all goods and Services offered on the Website, as well as enabling communication with the Seller.

Order – a request by the Buyer to purchase selected goods and services offered on the Website. For clarity – orders are only considered valid when a delivery address within the Republic of Bulgaria is provided.

Distance Contract – an order placed by the Buyer with the Seller for goods offered on the Website. Each order is considered a separate contract.

Services – all electronic services provided by the Website, enabling communication with the Seller and/or the purchase of goods offered in the Website’s catalog.

Electronic Voucher – a random combination of letters, numbers, and symbols sent by the Seller to the Buyer when the latter purchases such a voucher. The value of the voucher equals the amount paid by the Buyer. It may be used once, within one month of issuance. When using a voucher, the value of the order is reduced accordingly.

Promo Code – a random combination of letters, numbers, and symbols giving the Client a fixed or percentage discount. Promo codes are provided by the Seller to the Client via email or website banners, valid for one calendar month.

Courier – orders placed through the Website are delivered by “Econt” AD. More information about the courier company can be found here.

Order Receipt – the date on which the goods are delivered to the address provided by the Client.

Cart – a virtual list of items selected by the Client for purchase.

Final Price – all expenses incurred by the Buyer for the purchase of the goods, including delivery costs. For clarity – in cases of free delivery, the cost is covered by the Seller.

General Provisions

With these T&C, the Seller, represented by "БК Аналитикс ЕООД", declares compliance with all applicable national regulations regarding personal data protection and processes such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here.

Access to restricted sections of the Website is granted after registration or login to an Account. Registration is done via a standard form available on the Website. Direct access to the registration form is available here.

Access to the Website may be unilaterally blocked without notice if misuse of content and/or goods and Services is detected.

By registering and/or confirming any Order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these T&C.

All prices in the Website catalog are listed in Bulgarian leva, per item/pair.

The Seller strives to maintain updated pricing but reserves the right to update or discontinue discounts, promo codes, or campaigns at any time, without prior notice to the Client.

Any price reductions are made in compliance with Articles 63–66 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. "БК Аналитикс ЕООД" (does not) individualize prices based on automated decision-making related to personal data processing.

Product ranking in search results is determined by Client-selected criteria and filters. Sorting options include: Recommended, Newest, Discount %, Price – Ascending, Price – Descending.

"БК Аналитикс ЕООД" and its physical stores make every effort to maintain accurate information. The Seller ensures compliance of goods with their description, qualities, and features.

Product features or prices listed may be changed at any time. The Seller reserves the right to amend or update these T&C unilaterally and without prior notice. Each confirmed Order constitutes acceptance of the current T&C as published on the Website at the time of purchase.

The Client agrees that prices may differ between the Website and the Seller’s physical stores in Bulgaria.

The Website uses official manufacturer data for product colors. The Client acknowledges that color variations may occur due to monitor settings or individual perception.

The Website only accepts orders with a valid delivery address within Bulgaria.

Privacy

The Client/Buyer/User agrees that by providing personal or other data to "БК Аналитикс ЕООД", such data may be used for: (1) maintaining the Client’s account, processing orders, shipping products, providing services, invoicing, dispute resolution, or handling requests; (2) with explicit consent – sending commercial messages, email/SMS updates; (3) conducting market research, monitoring sales and customer behavior.

By submitting data, the Client grants "БК Аналитикс ЕООД" unlimited access to any materials or information shared via the Website, unless restricted by law. The Seller is not obliged to treat such information as confidential unless required by legislation.

By providing contact details (including email), the Client consents to being contacted by "БК Аналитикс ЕООД" or its partners (couriers, marketing providers, insurance/financial companies, or other authorized entities).

Ordering Items

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Orders can be placed as a “guest” or a registered user. By placing an order, the Client accepts these T&C. An order is considered placed once the Client receives an automatic confirmation email with an order number.

Orders are confirmed via a second email containing the tracking number. The Seller is not liable for stock unavailability until the order is confirmed.

Clients may select size, color, and quantity of items and add them to the Cart. After finalizing the Cart, Clients select payment and provide a delivery address within Bulgaria.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders if price discrepancies occur, notifying the Client of the updated price.

Stock levels may differ from those displayed online. If an item is unavailable, the Seller will contact the Buyer to:
• remove the unavailable item and confirm the rest of the order;
• cancel the order entirely.

Saving an item to “Favorites” does not guarantee availability. Items may be deactivated at any time. Orders for deactivated items will be automatically canceled, with email notification.

In case of a system error in pricing, the Seller may cancel the order, notifying the Client by email.

Each order placed constitutes a separate Distance Contract between Buyer and Seller. Orders placed during non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

Payments

Orders may be paid by cash on delivery.

Delivery

Goods are delivered by courier company "Econt" AD. Production time for custom items is up to 5 business days. In-stock items are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery options:
• to a courier office;
• to a Client-provided address.
Items are held at courier offices for up to 10 days, after which the order may be canceled. If home delivery fails, the Seller may cancel the order or redirect it to the nearest courier office.

All shipments include the option for “Inspection and Test”. Returns in this case are at the Buyer’s expense.

Order Cancellation and Returns

For Buyers refusing to pay cash-on-delivery orders more than twice, the Seller may cancel further orders without notice.

Order cancellation must be made:
• by phone within 1 hour of placing the order; or
• by submitting the Standard Withdrawal Form under Annex No. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, available here; or
• by email within 1 hour of placing the order.

The Buyer may refuse the order if the packaging and product are damaged during transport. If only the packaging is damaged but the goods are intact, this clause does not apply.

Returns are accepted only if goods are in the same condition as received (tags intact, not used, not soiled, not treated with cleaning products).

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order and must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act.

The Seller provides a statutory conformity guarantee in line with EU law. The Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists upon delivery and becomes apparent within two years, reported no later than 14 days after discovery.

Buyers may file complaints in accordance with the Digital Content and Services Act and the Consumer Protection Act, either online via the Seller’s complaint form (complaint form) or at the Seller’s physical store. The Buyer chooses the method.
