Returns

Returns of goods to the Seller are accepted only if the goods are in the same condition as when received (with all tags and seals intact, not torn and/or removed), and have not been treated with cleaning products, soiled, damaged, or used.

To avoid any doubt, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order and must return the goods to the Seller within 14 days of declaring the withdrawal. We provide a 14-calendar-day guarantee only for workmanship, but not for the stones and other materials, which are used as supplied by our vendors.

The conditions and deadlines for returning goods are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.

Courier expenses for returning an order to the optical center "БК Аналитикс ЕООД" are at the expense of the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the standard withdrawal form pursuant to Annex No. 6, which can be downloaded here.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of accessories, as well as any other goods made to order or tailored to the individual requirements of the consumer, and not to refund the amount paid by the Client, pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act. For clarity – if the Client returns accessories, the Seller is obliged to send them back to the Buyer, with transportation costs borne by the Buyer.

Regarding the return of goods to the Seller, the Client must follow the procedure below and provide the following information:

• Completed pro forma invoice;
• Original receipt for the returned item;
• Preferred method of settlement (exchange, electronic voucher for the value of the returned goods, or refund);
• Bank account details where the Buyer wishes to receive the refund.

Returns from the Buyer to the Seller must be made by courier to the following address:

Refunds

In case of cancellation of an Order, the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer is carried out by the Seller exclusively via bank transfer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller was notified of the cancellation.

The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Buyer’s withdrawal request, upon provision of a document certifying the return of the goods to the Seller. If the Order was paid by card via the Website’s Virtual POS terminal, the amount will be refunded to the card used for the payment.

If the Order was paid cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the personal bank account specified by the Client, in Bulgarian leva.

In this regard, the Seller is not responsible for incorrectly provided bank account details. The Seller’s obligation to refund a canceled order is limited to executing the bank transfer to the account specified by the Client.

In cases where the Buyer requested an invoice issued to a legal entity, the Buyer will receive a Credit Note from the Seller on the day of the refund.
